Effective Date: December 1, 2025. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Rise Visual Media.
Rise Visual Media provides professional photography, videography, drone services, and visual marketing services for real estate professionals and businesses. Service delivery is dependent on accurate information, access, and readiness provided by the client.
All media created by Rise Visual Media remains the sole and exclusive property of Rise Visual Media unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use delivered media only for the agreed-upon purpose after full payment is received.
Payment is due in full before delivery of any media or assets unless otherwise agreed in writing. Usage rights are not granted until payment has cleared.
Appointments canceled on the same calendar day may be subject to up to 100% of the appointment cost. Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50%.
Drone services are subject to FAA regulations, weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and approval timelines.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Connecticut.
